FasTests.com includes questions in math and reading aligned to the same skills found in most state standards and state tests. These questions are also skill specific to most curriculum skill levels. Practice questions which reinforce skills should be of great value for the student in any testing environment.

After purchasing a subscription and identifying a log-in and password, www.FasTests.com can be accessed from any computer connected to the internet, no matter where the computer is located. Simply go to www.FasTests.com, click on Member log-in in the FasTests.com area, log in and take a test.

Who writes the material and test items for FasTests.com?
Incentive Publications has done extensive research into state standards and has compiled skills based questions, based upon curriculum expectations in reading and math, grades 3-8.

Will the student see the same question more than once?
Yes, in all liklihood, the student will see the same question more than once, as the tests are randomly generated by the system. However, an exact duplicate of a previous test will not appear.

Do you have Spanish content?
At this time, we do not have the capacity to offer Fastests.com in Spanish. But, check back with us.

What kind of security features are in place in FasTests.com?
FasTests.com has taken particulat care to ensure the security and privacy of student and parent information. For example, FasTestss.com does NOT keep credit card information. Your credit card information is only used to verify the transaction necessary for a subscription. We do not store or keep your credit card information. Similarly, we do not require that students be given logins associated with their names. In fact we do not store student names, only student logins. In the same manner, we do not collect student age, or gender information. Additionally, we use the authetication of parent login and passwords to ensure secure access of parent and student profile information. Only parents can access subscription information, test history and student profiles on their accounts. Finally, all user access (student and parents) is managed through identification and authentication of user login and password information as established by the parent at the time of the subscription login.

Is FasTests.com COPPA compliant?
FasTests.com, as well as our sister sites: WWW.Bandwidthmoms.com and WWW.Bandwidthteens.com, are all compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998. FasTests.com requires credit card information from the parent only. An email address for the parent is required for the password reminder or test results reports and no email address is ever required or needed from the student! We do not offer an email account for the student or parent. Users of FasTests.com choose their own password(s) and are expected to keep that confidential and restricted for their use only!

What are the minimum technology requirements necessary to use FasTests?
To use FasTests, a computer must have the following capabilities: -Internet Explorer or Netscape 4.0 or greater -Minimum screen resolution of 800x600 -SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protects confidential data sent by Web browsers -Macromedia Flash may be needed in a Level I subscription for some of the software recommendations

What happens if I forget my password?
Simply click on the Forgot your password? link on the member log-in page. It will be emailed to you. YourFasTests.com password is unique to you and we highly recommend that you do not divulge it to anyone except the family

What information do you collect from students and parents?
FasTests.com collects only the information needed for credit card processing, i.e. name, address, email for reports, etc. Occasionally, FasTests.com would consider emailing parents for feedback, so FasTests.com product enhancements could be implemented. No personal data is collected on the students at any time. A record of the number of tests taken and the subject chosen will be kept for the parents'information as well as the future improvement of FasTests.com.

Do you distribute personal information, such as phone number and email addresses, to outside firms?
FasTests.com uses collected information from users only to respond to the users' questions or requests. Personal information is never distributed to third parties.

Is it possible for students to view web sites that are not approved by FasTests.com?
While students are utilizing the FasTests.com tool, they can view websites that are recommended for additional practice and have been rated and reviewed by Bandwidthmoms.com. But, viewing these sites will not take the student to the general Internet without first closing and leaving the FasTests.com site. After closing FasTests.com, the student would then be connected to the Internet and FasTests.com assumes no liability for continued use of the Internet or the sites that the student/user might view, nor is FasTests.com responsible for the content or privacy practice any other Internet website.

How will I know if FasTests.com changes their privacy policy?
If the FasTests.com privacy policy should be changed or altered in any way, the revised Privacy Policy will be prominently posted on the FasTests.com home page. Use of the FasTests.com site after posting of a revised policy will constitute agreement with the revised policy. Check the Privacy Policy frequently. Ultimately, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords for the FasTests.com product. Please be careful and responsible whenever you are online.
